0 0 1 ; in you is a world of promise
Gokudera's standing by a pond in a park, throwing paper cranes at the sky, nailing them with small bombs every time they hit the breeze. He's hitting them all, he's on his game today. It's training, but it's kind of boring. He likes blowing up -better- things.
Not stupid little pieces of paper.
Not stupid little pieces of paper.

Currently playing with the ducks in the pond and trying not to fall in.

His mouth opens slightly and he drops the bomb he was about to throw, and only notices right about before it's gonna blow. He quickly stamps out the fuse.
"What the hell?"
He heads over, of course. What else is he gonna do? "Hey," he says. "Don't fall in the water, you'll catch a cold."
no subject
...
He has yet to notice what is wrong with this situation.
no subject
He grabs onto Bridget's shirt, trying to pull him away from the pond. "What're you doin' here, anyway?"
This is weird.
no subject
Really!
Bridget doesn't stop Gokudera though and he lets himself be pulled away, instead he leans against his chest and peers up at him.
"What do you mean? I live here."
Sort of literally until he finds an apartment.
no subject
Honestly.
"Yeah, okay, but I see you in the bar - aren't we supposed to be from different plac .... " he trails off when he realizes something. "Wait, here?"
???!!!!???
no subject
"Oh yeah, I guess we should." He blinks. "But I guess you and my brothers are actually from the same universe."
He rolls his eyes, looking a teensy bit nervous. "And yes, here."
no subject
It's not a statement. It's an order!
no subject
"I'm not staying with my ex-boyfriends, or my brothers, and the park is actually just fine to stay in."
Shouldn't he be more concerned about the 'same universe' thing?
no subject
"You're either going to stop staying out in the park, or I'm gonna start. It's dangerous as hell."
He knows about living on the streets or in parks, okay? It's not like he didn't do it from seven to thirteen.
no subject
"It's not dangerous for someone who can take care of themselves."
Oh boy. Hands on his hips and everything.
no subject
Gokudera pulls out a handful of dynamite from... somewhere, and waves it at him. "Think I can't take care of myself? I did this too, you know. It didn't always end well."
no subject
"I'll be fine, I've been fine this whole time," this is sort of a lie. "And you're forgetting that I don't have anywhere to stay."
no subject
"And you're forgetting you do."
He pokes Bridget gently in the side.
no subject
"I hope you don't mean the Bar."
no subject
What? He ruins the most serious of situations. He's a brat like that.
"Think about it, dummy."
no subject
"I have no idea what you're talking about."
no subject
...yeah, there's no way to make that sentence sound right, is there?
no subject
no subject
"I'm not lettin' you stay out here," Gokudera says. "You can crash at my place, even if it sucks."
no subject
"I can't!" He says, suddenly stepping away from Gokudera to avoid being tickled."WE just met and moving in generally happens after people know each other really well!"
Or are in love, either way.
no subject
Does he need to start spewing out stories to warn him of this?
no subject
"You ... Won't give up, will you?"
He knows that determination, he's the same way, after all.
no subject
"No way."
no subject
"All right, then."
no subject
And Bridget gets a kiss for being smart.
no subject
Because there's something special about kissing Gokudera.
no subject
Not that he could see, anywayHe's not gonna stop kissing until Bridget does, so they might be here for awhile. But then they're getting the guy's stuff outta here.
Even if Gokudera's apartment really does suck.
